Attention: High School Culinary Instructors

We are pleased to announce that the Twelfth annual “Niagara Invitational High School Cook-Off” has been scheduled for Tuesday, March 1st, 2016 here at the Canadian Food & Wine Institute at Niagara College. Registration information is available.

We hope that you will be able to get your students involved in our competition, which we can assure you, will both challenge and reward them.

We will invite Culinary students to participate in teams. The experience of competition it is a great way for students to learn from themselves and their fellow competitors and to start developing not only culinary skills, but interpersonal skills that will be with them forever.

The kitchens at the Canadian Food & Wine Institute will give your students the opportunity to work in a state of the art facility, a facility that we are very proud of.

We will make this competition as enjoyable as possible for all competitors, unfortunately, not everyone can be in the top three positions but we are sure that the experience will give them all a great sense of accomplishment.

Prizes

Prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place are outlined in the High School Cook Off brochure.
